Today I would like to take you on a step by step process on submitting orders, wait times, correcting orders, finalizing and all the way up to getting it on your cemetery property. If you have ANY QUESTIONS, call 1-818-539-5586 and one of our Staff and they will assist you over the phone.
A family comes into your cemetery requesting a Memorial. You sell them ThermoDigital (And believe me, the family will love our products in person). You get them to fill out the order form for the Marker and or Cameo. If you dont have it, request it through email or call us – We are a quick phone call away! Get the family to write down exactly how they want the TEXTS, EMBLEMS, BACKGROUNDS, STYLES, FONTS, ETC…Mention to them that WE DO NOT CHARGE on any of this. We include ONE PICTURE for every order (Extra will be $15/photo).
Best part about OUR PRODUCTS, Cameo’s are fixated onto the TILE DESIGN, which means you saved between $100-$300 if you went with a different Supplier. We do sell Cameo’s to place on the headstones and our prices have no add on fees, unlike other Suppliers.
Next step is to email it to our main email – thermodigital@gmail.com …Within 48 hours, you will get a response with a SKETCH DESIGN. If we do not respond within 48 hours, you may have not sent it to us or you accidentally sent it to yourself (True story, it happens.) If the family wants ANY CHANGES, we do not charge anything for that. We have had families request changes to the Computer Design dozens of times and it did not cost them anything.
Once the family likes the DESIGN, you have to response to the email, “APPROVED, BEGIN PRODUCTION!” or anything that tells us that you give us the “Green Light”. Let me explain this RIGHT HERE, if you see the prices on our Price List, you get the TILE and GRANITE. Reason why we can get our Granite very cheap is because we are partnered with a Company from Elberton, GA (Georgia, USA).
There are TWO WAYS to get this Product to you.
1. We ship you (The Cemetery), the tile. If you found a cheaper price on granite then it is VERY EASY TO INSTALL. We actually made a video for you to learn how to properly install a tile into a granite.
2. We ship the tile to the factory in Elberton, GA. They do all the installations, and ship it to you.
Now, a simple and honest way to save cost on shipping. If you have (For example), 10 Memorial Marker orders, the factory installs them, keeps them for however long that you request it. When you are ready to receive it, you call us and we let the factory know that they can ship it out. You can ship 3 Markers for the shipping cost of 1 Marker. Also, when we ship the tiles to the factory, we ship 2 per box. If you have 20, 30, or even 100 orders, the shipping cost will be reduced by A LOT!
We DO NOT supply the Vases but the factory creates the vase hole. You can order the vase from US Metal Craft.
Now, the waiting period is my favourite part because no one can provide you with the fast service to begin ordering, so that means, we can provide you with even faster service to receive your Products. It takes 1 week to make the tile and ship it out to Elberton, GA. 3-5 business days, the factory will receive it. They can ship out the entire Marker within 4-6 weeks, unless you tell us to hold them for cheaper shipping costs.
